Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
Tempe de préparation : 15 mins et temps de cuisson : 25 mins
- 1 Aubergines
- 1 Fromage de chèvre
- Coulis de tomate
- Origan
- Sel, Poivre
- Olives noir
- Roquette
- Jambon
Préparation :
- 1 : Couper le formage en tranche et l’aubergine en 4 morceaux.
- 2 : Les badigeonner d’huile d’olive et les faire griller.
- 3 : Les déposer sur une planche ou plaque
- 4 : Assaisonner puis garnir de coulis de tomate, de tranches de Selles-sur-Cher, d’olives et d’origan. Passer au four.
- 5 : Servir avec de la roquette et le jambon.
